Starting today, Playground Games has confirmed the pre-load of Forza Horizon 5, also revealing the weight of the full game on day one: let’s find out all the details together
The library of Microsoft exclusives is about to expand with very important titles. If in December (we hope) we will finally see the release of Halo Infinte, in November Forza Horizon 5 will arrive on the shelves, the new chapter of one of the most popular automotive series by enthusiasts. The title officially entered the gold phase a few days ago, and together with lots of news on the campaign, the number of cars available and some technical details (such as the use of Ray Tracing in the audio management on the PC version), today Playground Games has finally made the game pre-load available. And not only.
Whether you are a subscriber to Microsoft’s Game Pass service or not, starting today, October 22, you can pre-download the game on all platforms. Obviously, once the pre-load is made available, the weight of the game on day one is also inevitably revealed (without any updates whatsoever). The weight difference is due to the presence of the SSD in the “next-gen” and PC versions, which allowed the installation of assets optimized for broadband streaming. It may seem like a small difference, of course, but it’s still a difference.
