FUJIFILM Corporation announces a strategic partnership with the World Press Photo Foundation, an independent non-profit organization, based in the Netherlands. World Press Photo Foundation provides a global platform for photojournalists and documentary photographers to communicate trustworthy stories that reflect the times. He does this through the power of photography, to audiences around the world.

As part of this partnership, Fujifilm is proud to sponsor the World Press Photo competitions and its exhibitions organized by World Press Photo Foundation. It will award the global winners of the four categories of the World Press Photo Contest the GFX100 II mirrorless digital camera, as well as two GF interchangeable lenses for the GFX series. Additionally, Fujifilm plans to host workshops in 10 cities, around the world, in conjunction with the World Press Photo exhibition.
Fujifilm has consistently contributed to the development of photographic culture by offering its valuable products and services, including the INSTAX range of instant cameras and smartphone printers, the X and GFX Series of mirrorless digital cameras and photographic film. Since its founding in 1955 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, the foundation has organized its World Press Photo Contest annually. The winning works are selected by an international jury and exhibited at exhibitions held around the world. The Exhibition is one of the largest photography exhibitions in the world and attracts millions of visitors every year.
