This is an intelligent system that will allow the application to automatically search for the status of the orders, retrieving the tracking number provided via email by the shipping company.

The new feature introduced by Gmail will allow to track shipments automatically. The application will, in fact, be able to recover the information included in the emails sent by the companies by obtaining the tracking code which will then be used to recover the information relating to the delivery.
Gmail, thanks to the feature Shipment Tracking, will display incoming shipments in the foreground, allowing the user to more accurately track the parcels being delivered. The system can be activated by enabling the Smart features of the Gmail app. TOAt the moment, the automatic tracking of shipments is active on both Android what up iPhone and is also accessible by users in Italy.
To enable it, just go to the app’s Settings and locate the Shipping Tracking item, included in the Data Privacy section for the iPhone version of the app. To take advantage of this function, you will need to have the latest version of the Gmail app available.
