Starting today, April 20, 2022, the Disney Plus catalog will be enriched with a new season of Grown-ish. Let’s see what it’s about
For all fans of Grown-ish, there is good news. Starting today, the fourth season of the sitcom is available with eighteen unmissable episodes are Disney Plus.
The series was born as a spin-off of Black-ishsitcom in which the events of an African American family. From the various problems that afflict the black community, to the relationship it has with the institutions of American society, from police brutalityal relationship with whites and with i mediadal racism to the themes LGBT.
Grown-ishinstead, focuses on the events they involve Zoey Johnsonthe eldest daughter, who decides to leave the family for go to college. The episodes will follow the girl and her group of friends in the walk towards adulthooda path that will prove to be anything but easy.
Plot and cast of the fourth season of Grown-ish
In this brand new fourth season, Zoey will return to the Cal U for the last year. The final goal is now near for her and her group. However, not everything seems to be going well: friendships become tense e some relationships will find many obstacles in front of him. Just staying with Zoey until the end we’ll find out if she and her friends make it to graduation or they will be forced to interrupt this path.
To play the protagonist, Zoey Johnson, we will find again Children Martyr, actress, model and activist, former protagonist of the film The sun is also a star (2019). To support it, there will be Deon Cole (Angie Tribeca, 2016-2018), in the role of professor and family friend Charlie Telphy. Trevor Jackson (Superfly, 2018) e France Raisa Almendarez (The secret life of the American teenager, 2008-2013) will be respectively Aaron and Ana, two students of Cal U. Among others, we will then find Emily Arlookin the role of Nomi Segal, the bisexual Jew with a difficult relationship with her family behind her e Jordan Acts, in those of Vivek Shah, a first generation Gujarati American Indian. The sitcom is created by Kenya Barris e Larry Wilmore.
