The first trailer of Hawkeye, the new Marvel series starring Jeremy Renner, has recently been online
Despite being recently released in theaters Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and on Disney + we are only halfway through What if … ?, Marvel does not want to stop. The first trailer of Hawkeye, the next MCU series, has recently been available online. This time the protagonist will be Hawkeye, played by Jeremy Renner, assisted by his well-known colleague in the comics: Kate Bishop. The latter is played by Hailee Steinfeld, who returns to the world of superheroes after voicing Gwen Stacy in Spider-Man – A New Universe.

What we see in the first Hawkeye trailer
Hawkeye’s first trailer shows us Clint Barton reunited with his family after the events of Avengers: Endgame. Complicating his plans is the re-emergence of his assassin past. After Thanos’ snap, Hawkeye had become a feared outlaw, seeking revenge for the disappearance of his family. On his path comes Kate Bishop, a young archer who sees him as her idol. From the beginning to the end of the trailer there is an atmosphere that is damned reminiscent of the Crystal Trap (Die Hard). From the music to the setting which, coinciding with the one in which it will be released, is that of the Christmas period. Hawkeye will in fact come out next 24 november and will consist of 6 episodes, ending on December 29, in the height of the holidays.
The rest of the cast includes among others Vera Farmiga, Fra Fee, Tony Dalton and we will also easily see Florence Pugh, based on what we saw in Black Widow.
Hawkeye will be the fifth TV series available on Disney + canonical in the MCU, following WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki and What if… ?. Clint Barton’s has never been one of the hottest faces among Marvel superheroes, despite appearing in several films and being part of the original Avengers group. We hope this series is able to give the treatment that the character and Jeremy Renner himself deserve. We do not yet know if it will be a real handover to Heilee Steinfeld or if Jeremy Renner will return to play the role of Hawkeye in the future. What we can expect is a series full of action and comedy, with a Christmas atmosphere and a lot of excitement.
