Hotel Transylvania 4: a free short awaiting the release of the film

A few days ago the official release date of Hotel Transylvania 4 was announced. In the meantime, Sony is giving away a funny short film for free

Announced last December, we haven’t heard from the fourth animated film dedicated to Dracula and his exuberant, as well as extravagant, family. A few days ago, however, the Sony Pictures Animation not only announced the official release date, but also the original title: Hotel Transylvania: Transformania.

Initially planned for theaters in December, then later moved to August 6, 2021, Hotel Transylvania 4 will finally arrive in Italian cinemas on 23 July.

Hotel Transylvania 4: a free animated short shortens the distance to the exit

Transformania will be the last chapter of the Hotel Transylvania saga, the franchise created by Genndy Tartakovsky and performed by Adam Sandler e Andy Samberg; became, with a whopping $ 1.3 billion at the global box office, the most profitable for Sony Pictures Animation.

The director, this time, will only deal with the screenplay; behind the camera we will find, instead, Jennifer Kluska e Derek Drymon. There will also be executive producers Selena Gomez, which will also return as a voice of Mavis.

In the meantime, we can enjoy the short film Monster Pets, recently released for free by Sony Pictures Animation on YouTube. In the funny animated short, we see Drac trying to quench the insatiable thirst for play of the huge “puppy” Tinkles. The only way to contain him would be to place an equally monstrous puppy in front of him, so Drac devotes himself to some hilarious and surreal experiment.

A hilarious video to bridge the gap since the film’s release in July. Hotel Transylvania: Transformania will be released in theaters on July 23, 2021, not having to face who knows what significant competition at the box office; that week only the new horror of M. Night Shyamalan: Old.
