The horror genre has been a cross and a delight in recent years, especially as far as the independent industry is concerned. Accompanying AAA titles such as the new Resident Evil, there was a long trail of indies that, either because of the possibility of inserting a few gameplay mechanics, or because to scare in the end a few pixels are enough, they have often thrown themselves into this genre to create interesting titles. Little Nightmares, The Forest and Outlast are the first that come to mind, but you know almost better than we do how similar the last few years have been. In Sound Mind is a title we have already told you about in a dedicated preview and that has been able to amaze us in terms of mechanics and general feeling.
The title is currently slated for the next September 28 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X | S., with a Nintendo Switch version already announced, but which will be available later in the year. Through a press release, the publisher Modus Games has released a new gameplay trailer, which perfectly reflects the atmosphere of the game. The game will put us in the shoes of Desmond Wales, a therapist who has the ability to sneak into the minds of his patients. In this way, the man wants to find out what unites them and, above all, to reveal the truth about what happened to the town of Milton Haven before he himself falls victim to his mind. The title was created by the author team of Nightmare House 2 and is already available for pre-order from the official website of the game.
