Details on the new beta for macOS Ventura version 13.0

The first developer beta for macOS Ventura was introduced after keynote del WWDC on June 6. The final public version is expected to be released by the fall. New features include Stage ManagerResearch Spotlight improved e Shared photo library iCloud. Apple has focused on collaboration tools and continuity with more API for developers to make apps and devices work better together.

The second beta of macOS 13 is the build 22A5286jwhich replaces build 22A5266r. AppleInsider and Apple itself strongly advise users not to install beta versions on mission-critical or primary devices, as there is the remote possibility of data loss or other problems. Instead, testers should install beta versions on secondary or non-essential devices and make sure there are sufficient backups of important data before the upgrade. Members of the public eager to try operating systems should, at a minimum, wait for the public betas to start instead of jumping to the developer beta.
