From 4 August Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will be enriched with eight new courses thanks to package 2 of the Additional Courses Pass

Starting from 4 August eight more courses will come to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe with the DLC Additional Paths Pass for Nintendo Switch. The second package includes the sweet path Stracciatella skies, which makes its first appearance in the Mario Kart series. In addition, it will be possible to admire the neon lights of View of New Yorkcircuit of Mario Kart Tourand whiz on a giant pinball machine in the course Waluigi pinball machine (DS), to name but a few.

Package 2 includes the Rapa Trophy and Elica Trophy, with fast and well-known courses taken from the Mario Kart series for Super NES, Game Boy Advance, Nintendo 64, Nintendo DS and Wiiin addition to the mobile game Mario Kart Tour. The cups can be played both online and offline and are structured as follows:

• Rapa Trophy
  • View of New York Tour: Hit the towering skyscrapers and enjoy a scenic drive through the park on this Big Apple-inspired course from the Mario Kart Tour mobile game.
  • Mario Circuit 3 (SNES): Run through tight curves and avoid the pipes in this classic course born from Super Mario Kart for Super NES.
  • Deserto Kalimari (N64): This desert ride is characterized by frequent encounters with a vintage steam locomotive crossing the route.
  • Waluigi Pinball (DS): Launch, bump and sway on this course that resembles a giant pinball table, complete with colorful lights and sounds.
• Propeller Trophy
  • Tour Sprint a Sydney: Get carried away by the sun as you fly over the bay and circle the attractions on this route born from Mario Kart Tour.
  • Land of Snows (GBA): Try not to slip on this winter course of Mario Kart: Super Circuit. Remember: cold blood will prevail.

Upgrade Mario Kart 8 Deluxe’s ​​Additional Course Pass DLC to experience more ramps, turns and jumps up a total of 48 remastered courses. The Additional Paths Pass includes a total of six separate packages, consisting of eight paths each, all of which will be released by the end of 2023.
