Microids announcement Marsupilami: Hoobadventure, Houba Houba!

Through a press release, Microids announced the release date of Marsupilami: Hoobadventure, the title dedicated to the famous French comic series

After the release of Oddworld: Soulstorm (find our review who!) and the announcement of Beyond to Steel Sky on consoles, Microids returns to being the publisher of a title primarily aimed at a younger audience. Through a press release, the company has indeed announced the arrival of Marsupilami: Hoobadventure, a brand new adventure that will lead the youngest, but also their families, to step into the shoes of the three Marsupilami of the Palombia forest. Their names are Punch, Twister and Hope and their lives will take a drastic turn when they accidentally open a sarcophagus, freeing a mysterious ghost who will curse all animals.

The three protagonists are obviously immune to the curse and decide to find the ghost, undo the spell and live, in the meantime, an unforgettable adventure. The title is inspired by the comics created by the French artist André Franquin and it is a 2.5D platformer that will take you on a colorful journey through the jungle, passing through a city on the coast of the Central American continent and even through an abandoned temple. While obviously aimed at a younger audience, it will still be appreciated by fans of all ages of the animated series and comics.
