Through a press release, Reply Totem told us about its thrilling weekend: from the Milan Games Week to Paris!
As you all know, Milan Games Week 2022 was held last weekend, the annual event that brings together all fans of video games, eSports and much more. A program full of guests, important events and great protagonists, including also Reply Totem, which flew from Milan to Paris in just one weekend. Three days of pure export in all its forms, with four different “attractions” that made last weekend pure adrenaline: the Brawl Stars World Finals at Disneyland Paris, the qualification for the FIFA 23 e-Championship League and, precisely, the edition of the Milan Games Week this year, during which the black-green team of Rocket League was able to play in the final of the IRC, the Italian championship of the Psyonix title. The Reply Totem stand therefore turned into a real meeting point for all the fans, who had the opportunity to support their idols together with the staff, following the team on every possible competitive front and cheering live with the Totem Family.
Brawl Stars!
The Brawl Stars boys, who have been busy since Friday, were able to break the ice with a 3-0 victory over Vatra Gaming (NA&LATAM team ed.) valid for qualifying for the Top 8 on Sunday. The journey was unfortunately then interrupted right in the quarter-finals, in a thrilling match against the Japanese team Zeta 1, world champions 2021 and vice-champions of this edition. Despite the bitterness in the mouth of the defeat, the quality demonstrated by Coach Inso and his boys was of the highest level, thus promising soon a return in style to the Snapdragon Mobile Challenge Finals – Season 2 in December, which together with the August edition they will be valid for qualification to the Masters, the world phase of the circuit.
FIFA 23 | Milan Games Week: there was also a wild Reply Totem!
As for FIFA, the trio made up of Santill1, Peppe and Flokox were able to put on a show, closing day 1 of the event as the only team capable of fully qualifying for day 2. Worthy of note are the incredible start of Flokox (5 wins and 0 defeats) and the proof of tenacity by Peppe, who recovers from an initial defeat to reach the qualification on the second day. Switching from a “swiss format” to a double elimination draw, Santill1 and Peppe managed to complete the task, qualifying for the e-Champions League thanks to crucial victories against opponents such as Fabio Ravi and Yuval. On the other hand, the clash with Oliboli7 for Flokox was decisive, who stopped one step away from qualifying.
RocketLeague | Milan Games Week: there was also a wild Reply Totem!

With the live finals of the Italian Rocket Championship scheduled, Reply Totem faced Cagliari Esport and Webidoo Gaming in a double elimination phase, gaining access to the grand final. The Grand Final, played again against Webidoo, was able to surprise fans and visitors to the eventwho were able to attend a hard-fought match in the best of 7 in which the black-green team was able to impose itself by 4-2, thus winning the event without ever being defeated during the elimination stages.
A weekend… heart-pounding! | Milan Games Week: there was also a wild Reply Totem!
A fiery weekend, which demonstrated the many facets of what the world of Esports can mean: great emotions, a sense of togetherness and family, competitiveness and the desire to make a change in the future, especially in Italy. Fabio Cucciari, co-founder and CEO of Reply Totem was able to talk about it:
“This Milan Games Week was the consecration for us as a team; we come from the recent award for Best Esport Organization in Italy and we did not want to disappoint expectations. Having so many important events at the same time reminds me and confirms that we are always heading towards the right path to take and I am proud of everyone and the work they do. I’m sure both our Brawl Stars prodigies and Flokox will have some regrets because I know how much they demand of themselves, they will recover and be ready to do even better. Also fantastic are Santill1 and Peppe who knew how to hold on until the end, and together with them the Rocket League team, national champions of a title that fully represents our Italian essence. A huge thank you also goes to all the staff who were able to juggle on several fronts in such a busy weekend, to Reply, Isostad and Asus ROG who made a phenomenal MGW possible, and above all to our fans who allow us to continue with their warm support. Thank you all!
