Until next September 15th Pope Francis will be visiting Slovakia and can count on the support of Skoda and of two ENYAQ iV and two KAROQ. For the Pontiff, on a visit to Slovakia at the invitation of President Zuzana Čaputová, there will be very special versions of the Skoda models, with a series of customizations designed to facilitate travel. This is the second time that the Holy Father has traveled in Skoda-branded vehicles.

The two specimens of Skoda ENYAQ iV made available by the brand for Pope Francis have rear windows different from the standard ones. The tinted windows have, in fact, been replaced by transparent glasses to allow the faithful to see the Pontiff. Note the installation of supports for the Vatican flag and the official logo of the papal visit was installed on the exterior mirrors. To the standard equipment has been added aadditional handle which facilitates getting in and out of the vehicle. The vehicles feature a metallic black color scheme with a black interior.

It should also be noted that Skoda has made available a website dedicated to Pope Francis’ visit to Slovakia. In this site there is the possibility of send your greetings to the Pontiff. All messages can be read directly on board the ENYAQ iV on which the Pope will travel.
