On PC, however, the game launched as an Epic Games Store exclusive, and if you’ve been waiting for it to arrive on Steam, well there is some good news for you: well yes it looks like that Saints Row: The Third Remastered will also be released on the platform in question. It was confirmed via the series’ official Twitter account that Saints Row: The Third Remaster will come up soon Steam. The title will launch for Valve’s digital platform on the day may 22, exactly one year after its initial release, which means that the game’s exclusivity period for the Epic Games Store is coming to an end.
As for the future of the franchise, publisher THQ Nordic confirmed in 2019 that Saints Row 5 was in development at Volition, but there haven’t been many updates to the game since then. With the arrival of E3, we hope to see something concrete soon, but right now it’s little more than more desire.
