The first thing that catches your eye once you open the package is definitely the high build quality, in fact, one immediately perceives the enormous care placed in the materials and assembly. Another pleasant surprise is the presence of the power supply, also of excellent workmanship, which does not force us to buy one separately and with dubious reliability.
The device then shows up with simple and minimal lines, it will hardly go in contrast with the furniture, resulting instead almost always discreet and invisible. What about the functioning? Very simple, just plug in the wall socket, connect the charging base and that’s it. Last gem not to be underestimated is the presence on the base of a circular non-slip rubber ring, which will allow us to support the smartphone in complete safety.

There is little to say here, the device performed great for both weeks of testing, and across multiple devices. The manufacturer’s website reports as compatibility the iPhones (from 8 upwards), the high-end Samsung Galaxy (S7 and later versions), the Airpods Pro and the other numerous devices compatible with Qi. In our case the SanDisk Ixpand Wireless Charger was put to the test with a Huawei P30 Pro (with support for wireless charging up to 15W), an iPhone 8 Plus and an iPhone XS (both with wireless charging up to 7.5W).
Charging turned out to be fast and without jamming for each device. Also overheating it is in line with that of a normal induction recharge, without showing up never excessive. Plus the comfortable LED placed on the right side allows us to understand if the smartphone has been positioned correctly: blue in case of correct operation, flashing red if the device is not in position.
Price and availability
To conclude this short review we announce the only “sore point” of the product in question, the price, not exactly competitive but that justifies the enormous quality and reliability of the device. It can in fact be purchased on the official website of the manufacturer a 51,99€ (with power supply included) or a 30,99€ (without power supply). All in all it is still a highly recommended charger, and one that will not leave any buyer disappointed.
