The discovery of these powers has allowed humanity to improve, but sadly it has also forced them to face a new and terrible threat. In fact, our race will be constantly threatened by Strangers, horrible creatures mutants who live only to devour brains. To survive such a powerful enemy, humanity can only rely on FSE, a military body composed of numerous extremely powerful psykers.
