Director David F. Sandberg shared a preview of the teaser of the Shazam sequel, where we can admire the new superhero costume
It only lasts 17 seconds teaser shared on his YouTube channel by David F. Sandberg, director of the expected sequel Shazam! Fury of the Gods. This is the first clip to give us a preview of what we will see in theaters starting from June 2, 2023 – at least in the United States – after the photos released from the set. A few seconds, but that were enough both to make us smile and to let us glimpse the new costume of the DC Comics superhero played by Zachary Levi.

In the video we see Zachary Levi shrouded in darkness, while the camera shows us some details of his new look. At this point, the superhero exclaims: “Why is it so dark? It would probably have been a good idea to have a light on ”.
As we all know, the character created by Bill Parker e C.C. Beck is the teenager Billy Batson, able to transform into a superhero by saying the word “Shazam!”. In him unite none other than the wisdom of Solomon, the strength of Hercules, the endurance of Atlas, the power of Zeus, the courage of Achilles and the speed of Mercury.
Along with the protagonist, the cast will also find Helen Mirren as Hespera, Lucy Liu as her sister, Rachel Zegler, Jack Dylan Grazer, Marta Milans, Asher Angel, Meagan Good, Faithe Herman and Adam Brody. The first chapter had earned a whopping 366 million dollars worldwide at the box office. Shazam will succeed! Fury of the Gods to replicate the incredible success?
