The latest addition to SIGMA offers a new compact full frame fixed focal length product for mirrorless systems. He is the fourth to arrive in Serie I, in addition to the focal lengths of 24, 35 and 65 millimeters. Which give a great creative palette to all photographers who use cameras with Sony L-mount and E-mount.
SIGMA 20mm F2 DG DN | Contemporary allows shots rich in light, thanks to the maximum aperture of F2a focal length of 20 millimeters and great optical performance.
The lens can be used every day and in any situation, thanks to a weight of soli 370g and a shortened length of 72,4 mm. Great for landscape shots, weddings, indoor photos and wide angle portraits, as well as everyday shooting. It also adapts very well to astrophotography thanks to the very well corrected coma.
In weight and size, it is almost identical to the SIGMA 24mm F2 I: you already know what to expect in terms of dexterity. The construction is all metal, with a magnetic lens cap and a manual aperture ring. This lens is sharp, pleasant to shoot and easy to use.
The optical scheme provides 13 elements in 11 groups, 1 FLD lens, 1 SLD lens 3 aspherical lenses. The internal focus is suitable for high-speed autofocus. Has 9 diaphragm blades, a minimum aperture of F22 and a minimum distance of 22 cm.
