Sony presented two new memory cards CFexpress Type A series CEA-M, CEA-M1920T e CEA-960T, compliant with CFexpress 2.0 and VPG200 standards. They offer high capacity of 1920GB and 960GB. In addition to the VPG200 rating that ensures stable video with no frame rate drops, these cards offer resistance to bending and shock from drops. The new Sony memory cards: CEA-M1920T and CEA-960T
CEA-M1920T (1920 GB) e CEA-960T (960GB) give you the assurance of the longest footage on set and have the highest capacities of all VPG-compliant Type-A CFexpress memory cards – never worry about running out of memory space again. These cards offer plenty of capacity for extended video or photo shoot sessions. In video productions, the VPG200 Video Performance Guarantee profile enables stable shooting at 200 MB/s, with no frame rate drops for long sessions and also in 4K XAVC SI format with high bit rate.
Despite their high capacities, these Type A CFexpress cards are ultra-compact, about half the size of Type B cards—even shorter and narrower than SD cards. To dissipate the heat from the cards and maintain optimal performance, Sony uses a specific alloy with superior heat transfer characteristics.
