Super Smash Bros Ultimate: the “Union of Intent” tournament is back

The skimming of the online tournament will focus on all Super Smash Bros. Ultimate characters that consist of one squad or at least in a duo, whether you check them together or not. In other words, this means that we will be able to play in the shoes of the Ice Climbers, of the Pokémon Trainer, of Olimar / Alph, of Rosalinda and Sfavillotto, of the Duo Duck Hunt and, on the front DLC, Joker and Banjo and Kazooie. However, from 2019 to today another duo has also joined, namely that of Pyra / Mythra. With eight entrants (five if you count the base roster alone), this remains one of the most skimpy tournaments.

As for the rules, don’t expect anything other than normal. There will always be two-and-a-half minute timed fights, with the Final Smash Bar active and the appearance of average tools (“Enough”). The duration of the event, in a similar way, will be the same as always: three days. Everything will start the day after tomorrow, Friday 7 January, at seven in the morning. The dances will end Monday 10 at the same time. We don’t usually remember this, but the in-game notification (above) reminds us that there are always gods prizes up for grabs: specifically, based on your placement you can win different Spirits.
