The Adria International Raceway is hosting the national finals of the seventh edition of ACI Rally Italia Talent, where aspiring pilots and navigators will compete aboard Suzuki SWIFT SPORT Hybrid
The edition of the records of ACI Rally Italia Talent it is currently experiencing its final act. This morning they started at theAdria International Raceway of Cavanella Po (RO), the national finals of the seventh edition of Aci Rally Italia Talent, which, in spite of the pandemic, recorded a historic record of registrations. The aspiring rally drivers recruited in the regional selections and in the semifinal of September will compete until Thursday 15 October under the eyes of expert examiners, all of them highly experienced rally drivers. Up for grabs for the finalists is the possibility of taking part for free in races valid for the ACI Sport Championships or Trophies in the official Team of Rally Italia Talent.

After evaluating the record number of 10,538 applications, the Organization of Rally Italia Talent 2020 has summoned 47 aspiring drivers and 37 aspiring navigators to the Adria circuit. Over the next few days, participants will have to prove their talent in dexterity tests, including an exciting and challenging “special” night race. Each stage will be held aboard a Suzuki SWIFT SPORT Hybrid, which the organization has chosen as the Official Car. SWIFT Sport Hybrid represents the ideal car to bring out the champions of tomorrow, thanks also to its extraordinary reactivity, the result of weight / power and weight / torque ratios at the top of the category, calculated on the basis of a mass of 1,020 kg, with a power of 129 hp and a maximum torque of 235 Nm constant between 2,000 and 3,000 rpm.

Scrolling through the list of finalists, the presence of 16 women and that of 13 minors. This figure expresses how strong the passion for engines is among the female public and among the youngest, two categories that Rally Italia Talent 2020 has shown to have at heart since the first edition of 2014.
This year, moreover, the event has given an even wider meaning to its hashtag #rallypertutti, inserting, at no cost, the category of people with disabilities. Of the more than 100 candidates, seven were admitted to the final in Adria, where they will have the SWIFT with robotic gearbox and special controls that allow them to tackle all driving exercises.
The final of Rally Italia Talent 2020 takes place in full compliance with the protocols approved by ACI Sport and the competent authorities to limit the risk of contagion from Covid-19. Only people who can prove that they have carried out a swab with a negative result in the 72 hours preceding the event are admitted to the start.
