A few weeks ago we told you about the last one smartwatch on Huawei, the Watch GT 3, a little gem that everyone should wear on their wrist. Recently the smartwatch has updated and we’re here to tell you about one of the latest features available, the Clover of Wellness. Are you curious to find out what it is? The Clover of Wellness, the new feature of the Huawei Watch 3 GT

A few weeks ago we told you about the latest smartwatch from the Huawei family, the Watch GT 3. The smartwatch showed up really useful and full of amazing features that made our experience truly unique. A few days ago, however, we received one incredible surprise.

The smartwatch has updated and among the various applications and functions available we found a brand new one: we are talking about the function Healthy Living, also known as Clover of Wellness. We have been trying this new feature for about a week and we liked it so much that we decided to tell you about it in this new article.

The Clover of Wellness is a service provided by Huawei Health to help users to develop healthy habits e a more appropriate lifestyle. No need to download it – if you have the Huawei Health app and smartwatch available, make sure you do update both to the latest version and you will find it already there, ready to help you.

All you have to do to start using the new feature is to open the application. You will immediately recognize the Trefoil of Wellness because it has, in fact, the shape of a clover. As you can see from the images above, after clicking on the function, the Huawei service asks us a question. Depending on the answer we give, it will make a program for us.

Everything is proposed in the form of daily challenge which, in a certain sense, pushes the user to commit themselves every day. We can find challenges for fight or reduce anxiety and stress, find the motivation to train and eat a balanced diet, solve the our sleepless nights or improve the our immune system.

If you are not sure which challenge to follow, you can click the last option. Later, in fact, the Huawei Health app will allow you to customize as you like your action plan.

Once the answer has been selected, our smartwatch, with the faithful help of the Health application, is ready to show us ours healthy program and that will accompany us as long as we wish. It is indeed possible change challenge whenever we want, without losing the data of the previous challenges. If you wish, you can too customize further your challenges by adding or removing activities.

Sleepless nights, stress or a weak immune system? Huawei helps you

Depending on problem we want to solve, the smartwatch and the Health application suggest us some activities to be carried out daily and that will help us. Let’s take as an example the challenge that allows us to improve the quality of our sleep.

Huawei Health, among the main activities, suggests us to walk and of get to at least 4,000 steps a day because walking can help our mind relax and allow us to fall asleep more easily. It also suggests us to doing physical activity: here we can choose how many minutes of activity to do per week. Physical exercise indeed reduces stress and it can help us fall asleep more quickly.

Among other activities we find:

  • Breathing exercises: Breathing calmly and carefully can help us eliminate negative thoughts, allowing us to fall asleep with less weight. Here, too, you can decide for how many minutes to perform the exercises. We recommend at least 3 minutes, it seems ideal.
  • Getting out of bed at a decent time: it may seem trivial to say so but always waking up at the same time can help us stabilize our internal clock. Having a precise and regular sleeping schedule can make a difference.
  • Go to bed at a decent time: here too the speech is the same. It might seem trivial but going to bed at a specific time and not too late (the application suggests 23:00 in the evening) helps us to better face the day ahead.

Another activity that we are enjoying a lot is the drink lots of water. Most of the days we face are hectic and chaotic and, often, we end up forgetting the little things, like drink the right amount of water per day.

Drinking water brings numerous benefits to our body: it allows our immune system to function better, helps us to expel toxins and then is very good for the skin and our body in general. After have chosen how much water to drink per day, the Huawei app will send us gods memorandum – even here we can decide how often to receive them – which will remind us that it’s time to drink.

We found this very nice because every time you drink a glass of water, you have to open the application and click the cup button. That little glass will fill up from time to time, until we complete our daily business. He gave us a sense of satisfaction to see those glasses fill up during the day.

An encouraging smartwatch

What we liked the most about the Huawei smartwatch and its new feature is the fact that encourages us every time we complete a task or start it. The messages that the Health application shows us are short but extremely concise. They are what we need for engage e have fun with these challenges.

As you can imagine the Trefoil of Wellness it absolutely does not want to replace your doctor. Its role is that of a friend who reminds you to take care of yourself, to get up and exercise and to drink water. Therefore, if your problems worsen or turn out to be more serious, our advice is to consult a doctor.

Returning to the application, we also want to underline this aspect: if you are unable to finish the daily challenges, do not worry. This kind of activity requires time and patience therefore don’t be too hard on yourself.

We have been participating in the “Sleeping Challenge” for over a week and we can confirm that we have seen gods small improvements. Sometimes we too we fail to complete all the challenges but it doesn’t matter. What matters is to have fun e do your best.
