This new storage space uses the latest interface PCIe Gen5 x4 and supports the latest NVMe 2.0 protocolallowing you to achieve read and write speeds respectively fine at 12,000 MB/se 10,000 MB/s, nearly double the theoretical speed limit of PCIe 4.0. With state-of-the-art specifications, the Z540 SSD delivers to gamers an unprecedented next-generation gaming experience.

It features an exclusive ultra-thin graphene heat sink which combines multiple patented technologies. This sink is made in 100% recyclable graphene material and use the benefits of honeycomb lattice structures hexagonal to disperse heat horizontally quickly and evenly.

The Z540’s ultra-thin graphene heat spreader has one thickness less than 1 mm and it is compatible with various PCIe 5.0 motherboard heat sinks. According to T-FORCE LAB internal testing, the operating temperature of Z540 SSD combining motherboard heat sink and graphene heat spreader is 3–5°C lower compared to the temperature with only the motherboard heat sinks.

SSD supporta S.M.A.R.T. monitoring software, which allows users to easily monitor the status and performance of the SSD. With a 5 year guarantee powered by TEAMGROUP, gamers can fully enjoy the powerful speeds of Gen5 without any worries. The first batch of these SSDs will be available in 2TB capacity and will be sold worldwide in the second quarter of 2023. The MSRP for this new SSD is 499,99 $.
