The Renault stand, with Renault 5, at the 2022 Rétromobile Show pays homage and is completely dedicated to this legendary car. Its layout takes the shape of the R5’s 50th anniversary logo.
Covering an area of 820 m², visitors can discover twelve historic Renault 5s. Vintage cars selected from the Renault Classic collection to retrace the history of Renault 5. From the 1972 “L” version to the 1990 Supercinq Baccara, its descendant.
Car races they have always been part of the history of Renault and the Renault 5 is no exception. Its sporty and racing versions have helped to give it iconic status. There are several mythical cars on display.
As a dialogue between past and future, the Renault 5 Prototype is placed on the stand right in front of the electric Renault 5 from 1974. A unique and unmissable moment to discover, for the first time in France, the future electric model of Renault, essential and popular.
The electric Renault 5, marketed starting from 2024, it will be produced in France, at the Douai plant, in the Electricity center.
