Through a press release, Bloober Team and Koch Media have disclosed the launch trailer for the PS5 version of The Medium
Previously exclusive Xbox Series X console | S, The Medium is a psychological horror born from the hands and minds of Bloober Team (Blair Witch, Observer, Layers of Fear). The team had already thought about creating the title already at the time of the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 generation, only to then have to stop due to the obvious technical limitations of the machines of the time. We have already told you about the game in a detailed review, which you can find by clicking here, but The Medium is now also available on PlayStation 5, Microsoft’s exclusivity expired. And via a press release, the development team accompanied by Koch Media released a deep launch trailer.
The Medium on PlayStation 5 will obviously exploit the unique features of the Dualsense controller, offering, in addition to visual and sound horror, also a tactile involvement that we are very interested in testing with our hands. In The Medium we will take control of Marianne, a medium with different psychic abilities, to alternately explore the real world and that of the spirits to shed light on a dark mystery. The Medium will be available on PlayStation Store in both Standard and Deluxe Editions, including the original soundtrack and a digital artbook. To celebrate the arrival on the Sony console, moreover, Bloober Team have introduced physical version also available on both PC and Xbox Series X | S is, of course, on PS5. Again, two versions will be available: the standard edition and the Two Worlds Special Launch Edition, which will include an exclusive Steelbook, the original soundtrack and a 32-page hardcover artbook.
