The second day was instead dedicated completely to the engines. From our hotel we left for the Porsche Experience Center Franciacorta to test ourselves on the circuit. A quick briefing to explore what awaited us that day and then off to the wheel.
Four experiences to try during the morning. The first was a tour of the area Low Friction, where we challenged ourselves to ride on a very low grip circuit. Moving on a track that replicated the conditions of a snow-covered parking it was very particular and demanding. Little by little, however, we learned not only to maintain control of the car during skids but rather use them to go where we wanted.
The second challenge concerned the road holding (definitely impressive). We were able to carry out both a slalom at high speeds and dodge a sudden obstacle on our path with quick reflexes and in total safety.
And then it was time for the simulator, where we challenged our colleagues to set the fastest lap on the Franciacorta circuit. Beyond the satisfactory mid-table placement, it was particularly useful as training for the final event: a test directly on the track. And’amazing experienceaccompanied by an instructor who guided us like a real navigator, who made us feel like real pilots for a few minutes.

This two days completely immersed in the Michelin world it was therefore truly exceptional. A journey that allowed us to discover more about this reality, not only in words but in deeds.
