New live-action coming soon, it’s a new film, adaptation of The Tiger Man. Let’s find out what it is
After the success of One Piece and the announcement of the release of other live-action films, such as Yu Yu Hakusho, today we are here to also announce a brand new upcoming film, dedicated to one of the most beloved characters in the world of Japanese anime: The Tiger Man. Not only will fans be able to see, years after the first airing, a new flesh-and-blood version of this character, but they might also be happy to know that there will be a bit of Italy in this new production.
A new live-action film | The Tiger Man: a new live-action, a little Italian
The brand new film will be born from a collaboration between Fabula Pictures srl represented by the De Angelis brothers; Kodansha Ltd e Brandon Box srl, who will bring the filmed both in Italy and Japan. We hope that the plot of the new feature film resumes the original one of the manga, written by Ikki Kajiwara and illustrated by Naoki Tsuji. The comic was published in Japan from 1968 to 1971, by the Kodansha publishing house, in the Bokura Magazine and, subsequently, in Weekly Shonen Magazine. The manga soon transformed into anime and three series were created: the first in 1969, the second in 1981 and the third in 2016.

The figures involved in the project have already expressed their enthusiasm for this new release. Yohei Takamihead of Rights/Media Business at Kodansha, confessed:
