We remind you that EMERGENCY was founded in 1994 with the aim of offering free medical-surgical care to victims of war and poverty. In today’s wars, 90% of the victims are civilians: women, children, men with the sole fault of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. EMERGENCY promotes a culture of peace, solidarity and respect for human rights.

“Being part of Revolut Donations is a fantastic opportunity to connect with so many people around the world, raise awareness of our work, and receive donations to continue our work of delivering free, high-quality care in Countries torn apart by war and poverty,” he says Rossella Miccio, President of EMERGENCY.

The community of San Patrignano, on the other hand, welcomes boys and girls with addiction problems, without making any kind of ideological or social discrimination. From 1978 to today San Patrignano has welcomed over 26,000 peopleoffering them a home, health and legal assistance, the possibility of studying, learning a job, changing their lives and fully re-entering society.

“For over 40 years, every day we have listened to the words of pain of families affected by the drug drama, continuing to welcome girls and boys with addiction problems without stopping”, he explains Vittoria Pinelli, president of the community of San Patrignano. “A help that we offer completely free of charge, without making any distinction of sex, class or religion, with guests from all over the world. This is exactly why the community needs everyone’s help and support. We can therefore only thank the Revolut customers who will choose to be by our side and who will allow us to carry on our commitment”.
