Despite the release date being announced, they still remain some doubts regarding the Nintendo console version of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2: you are not yet aware of which version was used as base for the port and, although this is probably the original release, there is currently no confirmation about it. In doubt is also the condition and the level of involvement of the original development team: Vicarious Visions. This was in fact acquired by Blizzard in recent times and, prior to the arrival of the video game on the Xbox Series X / S and PlayStation 5, it was thought that he had been involved in the making of Diablo 2: Resurrected.
Then there are no certainties regarding the future of the series. Although Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 was the title of the franchise that took the shortest time to reach the million copies sold, it is not clear if Activision and Blizzard are interested in investing in the creation of new titles for the saga.
