However, Nintendo Switch owners still await the arrival of some features already present on other systems, such as access to Twitch. In recent days, however, this gap seems to have been filled because the popular streaming platform has finally released its official app.

Fans know it well, the selection of media apps available on the Kyoto-based hybrid is certainly smaller than on other consoles, and many users have been clamoring for the addition of new features for years. After the arrival of the YouTube app, and various unofficial leaks that have given the community hope, in the past few hours, many Nintendo Switch owners have finally seen the arrival (surprise) of the official Twitch app, on the own console.
The app is already downloadable from the official console store (obviously as always in free format), and is available on all three versions of the Switch. Through it it will be possible to log in with your account and follow the live streaming as usual, both in TV mode and in portability. We are eager to find out how Twitch will support its official app on this platform, and what other media software will arrive on the Nintendo console in the future.
