This time the update is again dedicated to business accounts, but from the user’s point of view, he is now able to better control conversations with these types of profiles, with improved security guarantees. As you can see in the screenshot below, writing to a company account is temporarily marked under the company name. Furthermore, after the new update, WhatsApp still protects chats and calls with companies that use solution providers, even if the processing of messages will depend exclusively on the companies themselves.

- The messages are still end-to-end encrypted and this will never change. If business accounts start using the services of cloud providers, the change will always be notified in the chat.
