Xbox: confirmed the date for the Gamescom event

The presence of the jade giant (no, not the Hulk) at Gamescom finally has a date: here’s when you can expect the next Xbox event

Here we are: just as E3 opened the summer in a phenomenal way, in the same way Gamescom intends to close it properly and we have one data fixed for the end of the month as regards Xbox. Specifically, according to marketing director Aaron Greenberg, there will be a “fun” stream where there won’t be too many major surprises, but which will still entertain us. There is talk of an appointment scheduled in a couple of weeks, so it’s not too long.

Xbox Gamescom has a date!

The exact date of Xbox’s Gamescom, to be precise, is scheduled for Tuesday 24. The news that will be included also includes new additions for the Game Pass, and we will not fail to cover the event. Additionally, some of Microsoft’s games will be featured at the fair’s opening night, presented by the evergreen Geoff Keighley. The Italian time to follow the event consists of seven in the evening homegrown. However, for fans of consoles in green this is just the tip of the iceberg.

The Bethesda titles will in fact be the protagonists of some direct over the following days starting from the 26th of August. As if that weren’t enough, Microsoft intends to open themed sales that will cut the price of some games up to 75% on console and PC. The publishers confirmed for the event so far are Electrionic Arts, SEGA, and (whatever the controversy may be) Activision. Despite initial “hybrid” plans for this event, with the Delta variant of the pandemic on the horizon, the digital-only format was inevitable.
