I don’t think creating a subscription service is something we need right now. For Microsoft customers, however, this is currently a very popular option [il Game Pass, ndr] and we would be more than happy to work with them to bring it to Steam as well.

Currently, Xbox Game Pass subscriptions on Windows and Xbox consoles work through their respective applications, and not through Steam. A statement, that of Newell, which comes after the confirmation of the closure of the Bethesda store scheduled for the month of May, considering that the company will from now on publish all its titles directly on Steam.
