World Update 6 was originally supposed to be out on August 24, but Xbox Game Studios and Asobo Studios recently decided to postpone it until September 7.

Microsoft also announced a standalone mode for Flight Simulator, a competitive multiplayer for 8 players which will be available starting this fall. Players will be able to take command of WWII fighter jets. Further details will be revealed during the game’s official stream during Gamescom 2021.
