Xbox Games with Gold games have just been announced ahead of October for membership members
New games will be added this October as part of Xbox’s Games with Gold online subscription service, which allows you to play titles on a monthly basis for free. After the landing of the best known Darksiders 3 in August, starting from the first of October quattro new games will be added to the Games with Gold catalog, bringing an air of horror adventures ahead of Halloween, with classic and indie titles that will also add moments of frenetic action.
Xbox Games with Gold: the games and dates available
Some games will be available only for half a month, while others will also arrive until mid-November. Here’s the list:
- Aaero: available from 1 to 31 October, it is an extremely fast-paced action based game on rhythmic movements, first released on Xbox One. You will be in command of a ship that crosses a world in ruins, using strings of light while fighting peculiar entities, accompanied by the rhythm of music belonging to musicians of the electronic genre, come Noisia, Flux Pavilion, Katy B.
- Hover: available October 16 to November 15 on Xbox platforms, it’s one of those games that reminiscent of Jet Set Radio, but set in a futuristic neon-style city, where we will be able to move, jump and skate around the buildings. This game also features the music of Hideki Naganuma, same composer of Jet Set Radio.
- Castlevania: Harmony of Despair: Available from 1 to 15 October, was released on Xbox 360 and is part of the games Castlevania mash-ups and co-ops. Six players will be able to use the protagonists of the series to make their way through the creepy and iconic castle.
- Resident Evil Code: Veronica X: available on Games with Gold from October 16 to 31, it was also released on Xbox 360 and is a sequel to the Resident Evil games. Connecting to 2, it is set in an island prison. Claire and Chris Redfield will face a new zombie apocalypse.
