Xbox: Top 5 Series X Exclusives | S due out in 2023 (hopefully)

2023 is now approaching by leaps and bounds, and in this article we want to go and see with you our top 5 of exclusive Xbox Series X | S out in the coming year, or at least we hope

2022 was certainly an impressive gaming year in terms of the last generation of consoles, less so for PS5 and Xbox Series X which, also due to the scarcity of hardware in circulation, have struggled to come up with real next-gen exclusives worthy of Note. The coming year should (and we stress, with a hint of hope, should) be the turning point: either the “next-gen” brings out the attributes, or there will be real trouble. In short, with a very hopeful look, we are preparing to throw ourselves into 2023, which already seems to be very rich in terms of exclusive consoles. We have therefore thought of a series of three articles, one for each large company, dedicated to exclusive video games for each that will be released (or at least we hope) during the next year. We finish, after Sony and Nintendo, with Microsoft!

Top 5 Exclusives Coming to Xbox Series X in 2023 | S according to allteK!

Before continuing with our Top 5 Xbox Series X Exclusives | S coming in 2023, we want to explain the rules of the game to you. This article is based on absolutely nothing concrete, as obviously the five games you’ll see below are not yet released in complete form. This means that you are dealing with something based exclusively on ours expectations, hopes and hype. Moreover, there are no cross-platform gamesalthough almost all the competitors will also be released on PC: let’s therefore exclude regardless of a Hogwarts Legacy, a Dead Space Remake or many other titles that you find in our list of Best games coming out in 2023. Having said that, let’s get started!

Xbox: Top 5 Series X Exclusives | S due out in 2023 (hopefully)

5. Forza Motorsport | Xbox: Top 5 Series X Exclusives | S due out in 2023 (hopefully)

Abandoning the classic numbering, for which this chapter would still be the eighth, Forza Motorsport almost seems wanting to symbolize a reboot for the exclusive series from Microsoft. Announced in July 2020 during the Showcase, the more simulative declination of the Forza series, developed by Turn 10 (unlike Horizon, purely arcade and developed by Playground Games) seems to be, from what has been shown so far, in the form dazzling. And we can’t wait to actually get our hands on it.

Forza Motorsport is still TBA, and will be released as an Xbox Series X console exclusive | S and PC.

4. Redfall | Xbox: Top 5 Series X Exclusives | S due out in 2023 (hopefully)

Developed by Arkane Studios (and this already makes us salivate), Redfall is a first-person shooter that will be published by Bethesda, acquired by Microsoft in 2021. Announced during E3 2021, the game is set in the fictitious city of Redfall, located in Massachusetts, in which, following a failed scientific experiment, the inhabitants found themselves overrun by hordes of vampires. We will be able to choose between four different protagonists, each with his own abilities, to try to survive.

The release of Redfall is scheduled for Q1/Q2 2023, also exclusively for Xbox Series X | S and PC.

3. Avowed | Xbox: Top 5 Series X Exclusives | S due out in 2023 (hopefully)

E3 2020. Obsidian Entertainment (Fallout New Vegas, The Outer Worlds, Pentiment) announces an ambitious new project called Avowed. Set in the same universe as Pillars of Eternityof which, however, it only takes up the setting, Avowed is a first-person RPG of which very little has been seen, but which has already been able to fascinate many and which, according to the developers, will aim to be an “Obsidian”-style title: not it is a particularly large team, this is true, but the expertise and attention placed in most of their titles makes Avowed one of the titles we look forward to most in this 2023.

Sadly Avowed is also still TBA, but we expect at least a window of time over the next 12 months. There’s always talk of an exclusive Xbox Series X | S and PC.

2. Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II | Xbox: Top 5 Series X Exclusives | S due out in 2023 (hopefully)

Announced and then gone, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II was one (if not “THE”) biggest surprise following Microsoft’s 2018 acquisition of Ninja Theory. The Redmond house showed it for the first time during The Game Awards 2019, ed recently confirmed that it has finished the motion capture of all the actors present. A much larger and more ambitious project than the already beloved prequel, which was able to excite the public and the press back in 2017. We were therefore unfair at the beginning of this paragraph: actually, Ninja Theory still fits with the times. We are the ones who are eager for some additional details (and some gameplay!), as well as a release date, which we expect for this 2023.

Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II is still TBA, and will be released exclusively for Xbox Series X | S and PC.

1. Starfield | Xbox: Top 5 Series X Exclusives | S due out in 2023 (hopefully)

First position of this rather phoned and predictable Top: Starfield. Not that there’s much to say: announced during E3 2018, Starfield only showed itself last year and promises to be “Skyrim in Space”, as reported by Director Todd Howard himself. Developed by Bethesda Game Studios, Starfield is the very first truly awaited exclusive that the Redmond house has put on the plate after the much talked about acquisition of Zenimax. And perhaps it will really be the flagship title for 2023 from a Microsoft that still has a lot to prove, on the exclusive front.

Starfield is (think what!) still TBA, but we have high hopes that we may know a release date soon.

Let’s wait!
