The cycle of previews of Mister 8, winner of the Cannes Series 2021, is about to start. Let’s find out all the appointments before the official release
Mister 8, a series created by the Finnish director, is about to arrive Teemu Nikki (Lovemilla, Euthanizer and The blind man who did not want to see Titanic, for which he won the Audience Award at Venice 78), which triumphed in Cannes Series 2021. An eight-episode product that puts the turbulent love life of Maria, lucky CEO of the family business that has relationships with seven different partners, one for each day of the week. The problem arises, however, when Juho, Maria’s eighth love, arrives, but the days of the week are over.
Mister 8: all the appointments in preview
The series will be released starting in 3 maggio on the platform Iwonderfull, one of the Prime Video Channels, with the release of one episode a week, also accompanied by the release of a film from the I Wonder Pictures and Unipol Biografilm Collection. Before May 3, however, Mister 8 will be previewed in various events around Italy.
It starts on Saturday 23 April, when the series will be launched at Troisi cinema in Rome with a night marathon. The next day, Sunday 24 April, the first two episodes will be screened at Comicon of Naples. Both appointments will be attended by director Teemu Nikki and Krista Kosonen, actress who plays the role of Anna, known to the public for her participation in Blade Runner 2046 and the TV series Beforeigners.
The tour will then continue on Tuesday 26 April atAnteo Citylife of Milan and will end on Wednesday 27 April at Pop Up Cinema Jolly in Bologna. At the two appointments there will be producer Jani Poso and actor Pekka Strang. Finally, as mentioned, from May 3rd the series will be released on Iwonderfull.
