Overwatch 2 is shown with a gameplay trailer and other details!

In these hours Blizzard has shown a new gameplay trailer dedicated to Overwatch 2, a sequel to the hugely popular trailer that has been in development for some time

Blizzard is developing two of the most anticipated mass-market titles of recent years: Diablo IV and Overwatch 2. Although the success of the first chapter of Overwatch continues imperishable, with many dedicated and themed events, the company, despite the retirement of Jeff Kaplan , is continuing to work on the sequel that has always promised great things since the announcement. In the past few hours, a new Overwatch 2 trailer has also appeared on the net, showing a lot of 5v5 combat in the new map of New York. It’s actually the first 5v5 gameplay trailer that is shown for the title and, of course, it’s a match of the playload mode that all Overwatch fans obviously know about.

Overwatch 2, in the intentions of Blizzard, will introduce important upgrades to the game engine that will support, therefore, much larger maps for co-op play (PvE). In addition, it will introduce many new enemies and factions that we will have to deal with in the course of the various missions. They will obviously come also improved graphics performance, to allow each gamer’s favorite heroes (and their Overwatch 2-specific costumes) to be even more detailed and beautiful to look at. We leave you the Overwatch 2 gameplay trailer shown in the past few hours right below.

Overwatch 2 will also be the start of a new era for the world renowned series. In addition to bringing along all the heroes of the original game, along with maps and modes (and, of course, all completed objectives and player loot from the first chapter), this sequel will add new heroes to the roster and more maps and locations in which to compete. Overwatch 2 will also add a new type of map, called Push. In this map, two teams will compete to build a robot and push the map target into the opponent’s zone.

We still don’t have any release period planned for Overwatch 2, but in the meantime we can feast our eyes on the new gameplay trailer that Blizzard has released in these hours.
