The S + T + ARTS project comes to life with the artist residencies promoted by Sony CSL Rome
The Sony CSL Rome together with MAXXI National Museum of 21st Century Arts are launching the new artist residences as part of the S + T + ARTS initiative. Susi Gutsche will develop her project Trace your Waste: Urban Garbage Mobility. This project proposes new sustainable scenarios for post-pandemic cities. At the heart of the project are Big Data and waste traceability. The duo made up of Olga Kisseleva and Liu Bauer will take care of the project Cities Live Like Trees which will represent an invitation to reflect on the opportunity to improve the quality of life in cities with a deeper interaction between citizens and nature.

The artist residencies linked to the S + T + ARTS project will give life to three exhibitions scheduled for autumn 2022 at the MAXXI National Museum of XXI Century Arts, at the ZKM – Center for Art and Media in Karlsruhe and at the MEET Digital Culture Center in Milan. Note that an exhibition is also scheduled during the S + T + ARTS Day hybrid conference at the Ars Electronica Festival in Linz.
