A very limp State of Play that took place live tonight, and which brought with it a free expansion of Bugsnax, the new chapter of Star Ocean and the arrival of Death’s Door on PS4 and PS5, as well as (finally ) of the new material on Little Devil Inside. A real shame because we certainly would have expected more, despite the shortened duration of twenty minutes, and the great absentees were really many. Furthermore, the PlayStation Plus games of November 2021 were not revealed at the same time as the event, although in this case we are sure that it is only a matter of hours. The leaks have already been there, on the other hand.
Fans of oriental fighting games will be happy to know that The King of Fighters XV has finally received one official release date, set for February 17th on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and PC. Another title that is added to that mess that will be February 2022, but so be it. On the occasion, SNK has also released a trailer, in which a new character is presented, Dolores. The King of Fighters XV: release date, open beta and new fighter from the October 2021 State of Play stage!
SNK also officially announced dates for The King of Fighters XV open beta, which will take place from 19 to 22 November and that will provide players with eight playable characters, which you can use to try casual online matches and offline training, among the many modes. As for our time zone, the Beta will be available, to be precise, from 4 am on November 20th to 3.59 pm on November 22nd.
