Two much loved universes, that of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and that of Stranger Things are about to meet in a comic, to be released in the summer of 2023 published by IDW Publishing and Dark Horse Comics
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are about to meet the protagonists of Stranger Things, where? In a comic, due out in the US in Summer 2023 published by IDW Publishing and Dark Horse Comics. Great news because these are two much loved and iconic universes that meet in a different territory from their usual, namely that of comics.
Stranger Things and Ninja Turtles together in a comic
Stranger Things is the Netflix TV series now in its fourth season, with a fifth and final season still in production. Soon, therefore, all its large audience will be left without a series that has become iconic in a short time and for this reason there have been many innovations regarding this series lately. The first is an animated TV series produced by the Duffel brothers, producers of the series and another similar news is a spin-off anime entitled Stranger Things: Tokyo.
The details of the plot are not yet known, but the publishers have published the cover of the first issue of this mini-series and we can see the world upside down in a graphic version, or The Ninja Turtles under the feet of the protagonists of the TV series, in the place where they generally live i.e. the undergrounds of the city of New York. Another news that we can confirm is the one concerning the protagonists or, the turtles Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael and as regards Stranger Things, Eleven, Mike, Lucas, Max, Will and Dustin.
We can’t wait for this comic and its first issue to come out to find out how these two worlds will meet and how many mysteries, but also laughter, given the presence of the Ninja Turtles.
