A new system software update is coming for owners of the ILCE-7C interchangeable lens camera. The update, released by Sony, affects products with system software “Ver.1.01” or earlier versions. After the update, the system software version will be “Ver.2.00”.

Here’s what the update includes:

Adds the USB Streaming function which allows connection to a PC via USB cable for live streaming and high quality audio / video online communication.

Allows you to use the function Eye AF also for animals when recording a video.

Improves the operational stability of the camera.
