Sony presents its new optics for mirrorless with E mountlo zoom FE 24-70 mm F2,8 GM II (template SEL2470GM2). A very compact F2.8 standard zoom: in fact it is the smallest and lightest in its category. But capable of guaranteeing the renowned bokeh effects of the G Master series.

Sony today unveiled a really optic versatile, capable of responding to the needs of photographers, videomakers and creators of hybrid content. A product particularly suitable for compact configurations and frequent travelers, but without limiting the quality of the result.
Yann Salmon Legagneur, Director of Product Marketing, Digital Imaging at Sony Europe explains that this perspective comes to meet the needs of the community. And after six yearsthe new G Master F2.8 24-70 mm responds to new needs.

The optical group exploits five aspherical elementsamong which due XA. It also integrates two ED (Extra-low Dispersion) glass elements and two Super ED elements.
Even in low light conditions it promises results of great sharpness, reducing reflections thanks to the Nano AR Coating II di Sony. It produces quality blurry results throughout the focal range, with beautiful, almost perfectly circular bokeh at aperture a 11 lamellae.
It has a mass to minimum focus of 0.21 meters at 24 mm and 0.30 at 70 mm, for a maximum zoom factor of 0,32x. Focusing is reliable thanks to the four XD linear motors (Extreme Dynamic. Le performance of the AF they are excellent and allow creative solutions that are also advanced in the field of filmmaking.
